1. Go to Online Form Fillup page & complete the form properly. Upload a scanned passport size photo & Class X
Admit card or equivalent. Take a Print out for your future reference before submitting the Form.
2. Go to Download tab on homepage. Download the Registration Form. Fillup the form completely and properly
and stick passport size photos as requied and attach all documents mentioned on the form. If the course fees
transaction is done through Bank draft then fillup the bank draft column mentioned in registration form properly.
3. Download MCQ Answer Sheet as per your computer or vocational course from Download tab. Fillup the front page
with your details and stick a passport size photo.MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) Answer Sheet contains 100 marks.
4. Submit the registration form with all attach documents, MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) Answer Sheet and
Bank Draft to the Head Office by hand or by post.You will receive a diploma along with a marksheet. Grades
on the marksheet are given based on your MCQ Answer Sheet.
